Both black and white peppercorns are berries from the piper nigrum plant. The difference between the two is a matter of processing. The need for this commodity has become a major requirement in high class European cuisine as well as cuisine in the region of the Uni Emirat Arab. it is also important to note that white pepper is often used to preserve a uniform appearance in cream sauces, meat preparation and other lighter colored dishes. But for the taste and aroma of white pepper is less hard than black pepper.
